Paul Raymond - Founder & CEO.

Paul is a highly experienced musician and educator. Paul has been working in education full time for the last 19 years, teaching and managing a thriving music department of 200+ full time students and has been judged by Ofsted to be a grade 1 'outstanding' teacher.
Paul has achieved a BMus degree in Music from London University, and is working towards a MMus in composition from the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama. With a twenty year career as a professional musician and songwriter, specialist copyright work in the recording industry and an 18 month role as musical director at the Young Vic Theatre, Paul has a unique range of invaluable skills and experience. Paul's music performance highlight was playing the Glastonbury Festival in 2002 on the Jazz World Stage with his band.

Richard Blake - Curriculum Director.

Inspired by his late grandfather, Richie first picked up a bass at age 15 and from that moment on he knew that it was going to guide and shape his career. Now a full-time professional musician, Richie is proud to be at the top of the 'who to call' list for both artist and producer alike. His touch, feel and musical awareness are only some of the many reasons why he's in such demand.
In recent years, Richie has been involved with teaching bass and lecturing at a local college. He loves nothing more than inspiring the players of tomorrow with his knowledge and experience, and it’s this experience that he brings and openly shares through iTutorus.

Steve Wilson - Curriculum Director.

Originally from Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, Steve has been a freelance drummer and teacher for many years with a long history of tours, theatre work, contract work, recording and instrumental teaching in UK schools and colleges as well as running a successful private teaching enterprise.
Steve has a wide knowledge base of many musical styles and techniques and his wealth of experience as a ‘working drummer‘ combined with a highly developed understanding of the learning process involved in becoming ‘a better musician’ make him a valuable part of the iTutorus team.

Cliff Moore - Curriculum Director.

Born in Belfast but moving to England as a young lad, Cliff took up the guitar aged 13 and quickly established himself as a versatile musician with an instantly recognisable tone.
Over the last twenty years, Cliff has trodden the boards with many bands and has played with world class musicians including members of Iron Maiden, Whitesnake, Reef, UFO, Ozzy's Blizzard of Oz and others too numerous to mention.
Cliff regularly performs all over the UK and Europe and is widely regarded as one of the country's finest professional guitarists. He has divided his time between teaching, writing, recording and live work.

Richard King - Technical Director

Richard's love of music started at a young age while learning to play cornet and piano. During further education, he decided to concentrate his studies in the technical side of the music industry. After earning a BSc in Sound Technology from The University of Glamorgan, he pursued a career in live events, first as resident sound engineer then later moving on to freelance work.
From the time his dad bought the first family computer, Richard has had a keen interest in tinkering with hardware and software. Richard is the lead developer of the Master Music app, and is central to the development and delivery of the iTutorus concept. iTutorus allows Richard to merge his two passions of music and computers to create a truly unique and exciting learning experience.
